What do registered behavior technicians (RBT) do?

RBT's bring sunshine into children's lives

RBTs provide one-on-one therapy to children in their home and community environments.  Maybe a child is learning to verbalize what they want using words or pictures.  Maybe a child is learning to stop using tantrums to communicate.  Perhaps a child is learning to play with others or cook something.  These activities are taught by the RBT.  But, the RBT does not work alone.  The RBT is a team member that consists of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), parents, and RBTs.

At Golden Rule ABA, LLC – we work together, include each other, trust one another, and give each other the benefit of the doubt.  We are inclusive and value different points of view.  We believe diversity enriches the workplace and encourages creativity from which we all benefit.
